BCL6: The Muscle-Saving Protein You Need to Know About

BCL6 acts like a control switch in this process. It regulates another protein called SOCS2, which can slow down IGF1 production. When BCL6 levels are good, everything works smoothly, and your muscles stay strong. But when BCL6 is low, SOCS2 can interfere, leading to muscle loss.
